Every now and then Nintendo will release a day one update for a new game that is about to launch or has just launched on the same day. Most of these updates usually fix some bugs that were found at the last minute or make certain things in the game available for the public to play.
This is no exception. Nintendo has released a brand new update for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. After the update, the game should be on version 1.1.0. According to the official patch notes, the update fixes some bugs found and adds custom horse name entries. You can see the cracked patch notes.
General updates
- Horse name entries now allow Korean, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional) characters.
- If the system language is not set to Korean, Chinese (Simplified), or Chinese (Traditional), some characters entered will not be displayed.
- Other, additional fixes have been made to provide a more enjoyable gaming experience.
