Google has introduced a new powerful update of its AI assistant, making the conversations more intelligent and more connected.
Gemini can now remember past cats to offer more relevant answers, according to Google's blog.
For example, if you have asked questions about the Milky Way earlier in the week, you can simply say: “Summarize our discussion” and Gemini will summarize it without having to scroll through the old conversations.
This upgrade goes beyond the preferences to remember, allowing the assistant to reference complete past discussions. In addition, you can easily consult, manage or delete your cat history via the “Gemini Apps Activity” section under your profile.
Currently, the chat recall function is limited to Gemini Advanced subscribers in terms of premium Google One AI and only available in English. However, Google plans to extend it to more languages and clients of work space soon.

In addition, 9TO5GOOGLE reports that Gemini Live becomes smarter, with a better understanding of languages, accents and translations, fueled by the latest Gemini 2.0 AI model. Multimodal capacities, such as text, audio and video management, are on the horizon, as well as screen sharing and live video streaming.
With these updates, Gemini evolves to one of the most powerful AI assistants, offering a richer and more personalized experience. While the rivals represent a threat, Deepseek IA has already been prohibited in South Korea.
