One of them was the weapon, which all the machines of the time had, and that in the case of the Nintendo machine had the suggestive name of Zap. Well, if you want to return the use in 2025, look at what some fans have done what retro.
The pistol of Nes Right now, this is a dead break with which you can do nothing except that next to the console, you keep a TV tube, those of these CRT It was with which the optical technology of these accessories worked: through a signal which was issued by television during a fraction of a second, the optics of the pistol could detect it to find out whether or not we succeed in the target on the screen. This pistol of Nes He connected to the console via a cable directly to one of the ports of the gamepad. Well, we do not know if because at present, the protagonist of this story does not have a CRT television, or because the simple Zap That he kept working, that he sought to give him other uses by seeing the form factor of his design. And so without knowing much about what did with this NES device, what is the new use it has given it?
Indeed, as you guessed, Nick Bild (who is called himself) turned his old man Zap In a wireless phone that communicates with the base with which it is associated with a laser signal. Yes, what this good man has done was to transform the canyon by which these optical signals were received in the game by another capable of modulating the voice through a signal received in a sensor specially designed to capture light.
What this sensor is doing capable of reading the flu laser It is nothing other than translating this sound signal that you can listen to in a sort of speaker that has put just at the top of the barrel of the barrel Zap. In addition, the button to accept the call is none other than the trigger of the pistol itself and the microphone to speak has placed in the handle. As you can see, ergonomics is practically perfect and adapts to our physiognomy in an almost total way.
Of course, the microphone signal is not so sophisticated and is issued at the base of the phone via RF. But whatever, the result is that Zap It is fully functional and, if you use it daily, it will be a good time to remember your old days with nostalgic NES.
