There are series that do not make as much noise as others. La maison du papier, Stranger Things or Game of thrones are examples of series that everyone has heard of. However, there are other series that pass on the small screen without attracting much attention, but that does not mean that they are worse.
In fact, personally, many of my favorite series are series that have not been so famous in Europe. Shows I came across by chance and they managed to get me to stay to watch them until the end.
This is the case of The Bisexual, Chewing Gum or Yellowjackets. And, as you may have understood from the title of this article, it is the latter that I want to tell you about.
When does the second season of Yellowjackets air?
Yellowjackets is not a new series, in fact it already has a first season which was released in 2021. It may be that since it is not available on the most accessible platforms in Europe (Netflix, HBO or Amazon Prime Video), she did not manage to monopolize all the spotlight.
However, it has managed to capture many of those spotlights as it has been confirmed that there will be a second season of Yellowjackets. Not only that, the season is already being taped, so we can guess that the second season of the Yellowjackets will come to late 2022 or early 2023.
What is the Yellowjackets series about?
If you are very sensitive, I recommend that you look for another series to watch. In fact, we have a dedicated guide with the best comedy series, in which you won’t see a drop of blood.
Yellowjacket tells us the story of a football team in 1996 of the typical American high school. These girls will suffer a plane crash that will crash in a remote and natural place in Ontario, far removed from civilization. Obviously, many of them survive (otherwise there would be no series), and they will have to manage to continue surviving in such an extreme situation.
What is creative in this series is that the plot is told at two points in the story: on the one hand, in 1996, the year in which the accident occurred which lasted until 18 years of survival in this place of extreme nature. And, on the other hand, we will see the survivors in the present, having to deal with the trauma that such a frightening story has left them.
The end of the first season was incredible and left many unknowns open. We won’t tell you more to avoid spoilers. So we recommend that if you haven’t seen the first season of the Yellowjackets yet, run to see it now.
How to see Europe’s Yellow Vests
The Yellowjackets series is available on two different platforms in Europe: Fubo.tv and Movistar Plus. To access any of them, you will need a premium subscription account.

On the other hand, Yellowjackets is a Showtime series. This channel is not available in Europe, but you can access it through its website. Showtime, like Telecinco’s Mitele, has a premium subscription to watch series on its platform. However, this subscription is available in the United States.
