When is season 2 of The Traitors UK released?
New episodes of The Trait ors will be available from Wednesday January 3, 2024, at 9 p.m. GMT.
How to watch The Traitors UK from the US and abroad
As mentioned above, The Traitors UK is available online on BBC iPlayer. On the platform, you can find many productions created by the BBC and accessible to everyone who lives in the United Kingdom. However, things are a little more complicated if you are on vacation or abroad when the series airs.
To access the BBC streaming service, you need a suitable VPN app. VPN stands for Virtual Private Network – a service that helps you hide your location and access foreign websites. You will find dozens of VPNs. However, not everyone will unblock BBC iPlayer. The most reliable option is NordVPN, an affordable and easy-to-use app.

You can register here. By default, the Complete plan is selected, but if you only need the VPN, click Get Standard. At the top, choose between a two-year, one-year, and one-month plan.
Follow the instructions to create your account and pay.
Install the NordVPN app

If you’re using a phone or tablet, simply go to its app store and search for NordVPN, then install it.
If you’re on Windows, log in to your NordVPN account in a web browser, go to the Downloads section and click Download app next to Get NordVPN for Windows. Run the downloaded file to install it.
Launch NordVPN

Launch the app and log in using the email address and password you entered when creating an account with NordVPN. In Windows you should see a screen like this, but other applications are very similar.
Use the list of locations (the word icon at the top left) or scroll to the UK and tap Connect to London. If prompted, allow NordVPN to establish a VPN connection. You may need to enter your Windows password or, on a mobile device, your password.
Wait for the VPN to connect

You should see a message telling you that the VPN is connected. You can see it with the green CONNECTED and a padlock above the UK.
Open iPlayer

Log in with your BBC account (create one if you don’t have one), then find something to watch. This should work fine, as the VPN makes it look like you’re in the UK.
If you are a UK resident and have paid a license fee, simply log in to your BBC account and use a VPN service as described above. You’re still breaking the terms and conditions by watching via a VPN, as is anyone overseas who signs up with a fake UK address.
