After making the headlines by winning the best Oscar film with the non-English-speaking parasitic film (which is now on Netflix), Bong Joon-Ho is back with his next film of a fairly different nature.
Based on Edward Ashton's novel, Mickey 17 takes place in a dystopian world where humanity tries to colonize another planet. Before they can do it, they need a test human who can be killed and then brought back to life – also known as the consumable. This unfortunate work falls into the clumsy mickey, played by Robert Pattinson.
It is an epic space of space with black humor and political parallels and could be a success in cinemas. If you can't go see it on the big screen, we have gathered everything we know about Mickey 17's home release.

When could Mickey 17 be available on VOD?
The first place to watch Mickey 17 at home will probably be on digital platforms to rent and buy if previous films from Warner. Bros discoveries are all that is to be passed.
Although the schedules have not been confirmed, we can estimate according to the previous films of the studio and the way it should occur.
The thriller Flick Companion landed on digital platforms after only 18 days, while juror No. 2 and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice took about a month to arrive. Joker 2 arrived after only 25 days.
Based on this, we expect Mickey 17 to be available to look at home Between March 25 and April 7, 2025 – Although it is only a prediction.
It happens sooner or later depends on its performance in the box office. Mickey 17 should not accumulate figures such as superproductions such as Godzilla X Kong and Dune: share 2, but current predictions have to bring about $ 15 million to $ 20 million at the national level in the United States, faced with strong competition from Captain America: Brave New World.
In comparison, Companion won around $ 9.5 million during his opening weekend in the United States. This is very good figures for the film, because its 10 million dollars budget is much lower than $ 120 million from Mickey 17. If Bong Joon-Ho's film is not a Slam Dunk with the public, then Warner may want to reduce costs by bringing it earlier on digital platforms.
When could Mickey 17 be available to broadcast?
Max is Warner's streaming platform and will undoubtedly be the first platform to obtain Mickey 17 in the United States.
Most films take about two to three months to come across this platform after hitting cinemas, so Mickey 17 will probably fall on max May or June 2025.
Warner films are generally unionized on Sky Cinema / Now in the United Kingdom and generally arrived a little after the American beginnings. SO, Start of streaming in the United Kingdom at the end of spring / early summer For Mickey 17 seems plausible.
When could Mickey 17 be available on DVD / Blu-ray?
The release dates of the Warner films DVD also vary – Juror # 2 and the Lord of the Rings: The War of Rohirrim took about two months after the digital release, while Companion will drop about a month and half after hitting platforms such as Prime Video and The Google Store.
If our digital version window provided above is correct, then we expect to see physical copies of Mickey 17 Available to buy anywhere between mid-May and early June 2025.
