With the launch of this new controller for PC and Xbox, Microsoft expands the series of controllers Encrypta series which is currently composed of Sky figure in blue and Ghost figure with a transparent design.
The Cipher Special Edition controller continues this series and offers us a transparent red controller that reveals its interior, with a futuristic appearance that will surely delight some players, especially lovers of the color red.
As we can see in the images we have included in this article, in addition to the transparent main housing dyed dark red, this same color is also represented on both the triggers and the crosspiece.
The rubber area that covers the upper area of the control, where the triggers and the compartment for battery They have a dark red color, reminiscent of Burgundy wine. It is the same color that we also find on the top of the game controllers.
The buttons for taking screenshots, sharing content and accessing menus display the icon in red on a black background. The X, Y, A, and B buttons are displayed in the same bright red color as the controller, but with a transparent background.

The expected release date of this new Cipher series controller is February 4th. Concerning its price, it amounts to $74.99 in the United States. At the moment we do not know if Microsoft's plans include launching this controller in the rest of the world.
