Motorola should extend its range of foldable phones with the next RAZR 60 series in 2025.
Based on the success of RAZR 50 and RAZR 50 Ultra, the new devices should present a technology and a peak design. Based on the previous versions, we expect them to be called Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra.
Although concrete details remain rare, speculation on the release date, prices and features give an exciting overview of what Motorola could provide.
When will the Motorola Razr 60 released?
In August 2024, Gizmo China reported that Motorola worked on the Codé named “Orion” with the model XT2551-3 model. The prefix 'XT25' also potentially confirmed the planned launch year of the device as 2025.
From now on, in accordance with the 91mobile report, the RAZR 60 Ultra got closer to its launch, having been certified by the Authority BIS in India as part of the “XT2551” model number. This certification offers few additional details, but it confirms the device as successor to the RAZR 50 Ultra, which had the model number “XT2451”.
This is aligned with the established name conventions of Motorola and refers to a new addition to the foldable range.
As a reminder, the RAZR 50 Ultra was certified for sale in India by the bis in April of last year, then the phone was then launched worldwide in June. If this two -month delay between certification and launch continues, the Razr 60 Ultra could be official From MarchAlthough it is only speculation at this stage.
How much will the Motorola Razr 60 cost?
Although there is no official word on prices, it is reasonable to assume that RAZR 60 phones will be assessed in a similar way to their predecessors.

For reference, the RAZR 50 Ultra (RAZR + (2024) in the United States) was launched at £ 999 /999 $, while the RAZR 50 (RAZR (2024)) started at £ 799.99 / 699.99 $.

Motorola could also improve external cover screens, making them larger and more functional for quick interactions.

Performance

However, Xpertpick spotted an extron in the geekbench database labeled “Motorola Motorola Razr Ultra 2025” which is fueled by the Snapdragon 8 elite.
Moving into the last and the biggest chipset of Qualcomm would be a surprising decision, since the 8s Gen 3 on the 50 Ultra was a big step down to the 8 ordinary Gen 3.
If it is true, it would mean that the Razr 60 Ultra would be able to go face to face with the Galaxy Z Flip 7, which would probably use the same chip.
Depending on the big titles of Android, the Ultra will be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and will start at 256 GB of internal storage.
Cameras
The main objective 50MP of RAZR 50 Ultra, the 50MP telephoto lens and the 32 MP front camera offered impressive photography capacities for a foldable device.
The configuration of the RAZR 50 has exchanged a 50 MP telephoto lens for an ultrawid 13MP camera, but still produced superb photos.
