Specifications for a pair of new phones can give us an overview of the Nord 5 OnePlus, which could be one of the most exciting mid -range smartphones of 2025.
OnePlus will announce two new phones in China on May 27, in the form of the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing and the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra. Now these two phones have appeared to the Chinese Tenaa certification agency.
In addition to these appearances, a list of specifications. Given that the OnePlus Ace 5 race, in particular, should be reused like the northern neplus 5 here in the West, they are well worth a more in -depth examination.
OnePlus ace 5 race specifications
The OnePlus ACE 5 Racing has an OLED screen of 6.77 inch with a 2392 x 1080 resolution. It is a little larger but less clear than the northern OnePlus 4 and its 2772 x 1240 screen of 6.74 inches.
It works on a Mediatek Dimensity 9400E chip, which will apparently mark an upgrade on the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 of OnePlus Nord 4. There will be 12 or 16 GB of RAM to support this, as well as 256 or 512 GB of storage.
There is a main camera of 50 MP on the back, accompanied by an unpertured 2MP assistant sensor. Since North 4 had an ultrawid 8MP, it would seem to be a decline. You also get a 16mp selfie camera.
One of the largest specifications here is a battery of 7,000 mAh, which eclipses the 5,500mAh northern 4 500mAh cell – although Chinese phones do not always hold their huge batteries when they come to Europe. The 100W wire load is a match for the North 4.
We also obtain the basic dimensions for the OnePlus ace 5. At 163.58 x 76.02 x 8.27 mm, it is a slightly larger phone, but it is almost the same weight as the North 4 to 199g.

OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra Specs
As you have noted, some of these specifications seem to represent the rear steps of the Nord 4 OnePlus, if indeed this phone must be the northern oneplus 5.
Indeed, the OnePlus ace 5 Ultra is more like the direct upgrade that we expect to ensure that the northern OnePlus 5 is.
This includes an ultra-large camera of 8 MP to accompany the 50MP main sensor (just like North 4), an OLED screen of 6.83 inch with a 2800 x 1272 resolution more clear and a SOC even more capable of Dimensity 9400+.
Ultra also has a 7,000 mAh battery, although it is a little heavy at 163.41 x 77.04 x 8.1 mm and 206g. There will also be a storage option of 1 TB.
It seems likely that one of these phones will be rebounded like the northern neplus 5 for the Western market. Based on these specifications, however, we are not entirely sure of which it will be. It may be a combination of the two.
