It’s been a mixed summer so far, but if you’re in the UK you can expect temperatures to start rising again from today. That means sweltering workdays and nights spent lying awake in sweltering heat.
But not if you take advantage of the Prime Day sale and invest in a new fan while they’re cheaper than ever. Here are our top picks. We’ve given all of these fans 4.5 out of 5 stars in our reviews, which you can find the link to below.

Dreo Air Circulator Fan
Emma Rowley / Foundry
In the UK, the Dreo Air Circulator Fan usually costs £74.99, but you can buy it for £63.74 during the Prime Day sale.
In the US, its regular price is $99.99, but you can get it today for $84.99.
This is our favorite fan overall. It does pretty much everything. It oscillates vertically and horizontally, it has smart controls, and it’s quiet. But most importantly, it’s extremely powerful.
Its everyday price makes it a good value, but during the Prime Day sales, it’s a real bargain.

Duux Whisper Flex
Emma Rowley / Foundry
The Duux Whisper Flex usually costs £144.49, but you can get it during the Prime Day sale for just £119.
The beauty of this fan is that you can use it as a tabletop or pedestal model, with a quick transformation. East It’s also a very beautiful fan: it’s a single shade, with a matte finish, which gives it a much less institutional look. There are several color options to choose from, so you’re more likely to find it will blend in with your interior decor.
It’s almost completely silent and has both an app and remote control.

Meaco Sefte fan table
Emma Rowley / Foundry
Meaco’s Sefte fan usually costs £119.99, but Currys has the best Prime Day price of £109.99.
Meaco advertises an operating volume of just 25 dB on this table fan – and it’s hard to argue with that, as you can barely hear it. It’s a great choice for a bedroom fan.
One of its best features is its thermostat, which allows you to set it to an eco mode that adjusts the fan speed based on the room temperature.
It also oscillates and comes with a remote control with glow-in-the-dark buttons, so you won’t lose it in the night.
