The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphones may have received a sneaky load upgrade.
For several years, there have been widespread grunts on the flagship arrangement of the Samsung smartphones load, which has not changed radically for a while.
When they arrived in January, the Galaxy S25 range did not seem to change it all. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and the Galaxy S25 Plus, in particular, continue to be limited to a fairly intermediate 45W charging standard.
However, Samsung may be fauleted in a small but welcome upgrade. Although you still do not obtain a load brick in both boxes (although this is not unusual in 2025), Sammyguru says that the USB-C to USB-C Groupe cable is much better than before.

How the Galaxy S25 Ultra and S25 Plus load has been improved
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy S24 more shipped with 25 W cables in the box, which means that they could not be counted to reach maximum load speeds even if you had a suitably fast hand plug .
With the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus, however, you apparently get an appropriate 15V / 3A USB-C cable that is up to the full 45W load. All you need to do is find a source of charge capable of work.
Of course, Samsung is still late on many of its rivals on the charging speed forehead. More recently, the OnePlus 13 arrived with support for 100W loads, but again, you will have to provide this load brick yourself.
It is slightly older and soon replaced, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra from last year – perhaps the most direct competitor of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in terms of raw specifications – comes with a 90W hyperchart adapter in 90W in The box.
However, progress is Samsung's progress, even if the Galaxy S25 Ultra has made a disturbing decline elsewhere.
