The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 could finally steal a walk on the foldable smartphone competition with a major camera upgrade.
According to a recent report from the Dutch website Galaxyclub, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will abandon the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 main camera in favor of a main 200 MP sensor.
This would seem to put it online with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (and resolutely non -diable) (and resolutely non -diable), potentially removing one more reason to stick to a classic factor.

Other upgrades of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 camera
It is not the only camera that should be improved on the Samsung Galaxy Z 7 fold. Although the ultra-large and 10MP telephoto lens and 10MP returns, there could be a new component on the internal surface.
The continuous relationship that the camera selfie somewhat decried and often ignored inside the device will receive a higher sensor.
We do not know if it will mean an increase in the number of megapixels, but everything to pick up more light and reduce these super soft selfies is good for us.
The front camera outside the aircraft will be the same case of 10 MP.

Why this big news for Samsung?
Samsung was a pioneer of the foldable phone, adopting Bendy phones as a viable general public option before one of its competitors. The first Galaxy Fold (as he was originally known) was launched in 2019.
However, the early foldable advance that Samsung has established did not last. Although its current foldable lighthouse, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 remains a more than solid offer, it has clearly lagged behind its rivals in a number of key areas.
It is a little thicker than the Oppo finds N5 and the Honor Magic V3, of one thing, while its camera system simply does not accumulate to that of the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Most of the competition has larger batteries and faster load.
The news that Samsung could return to the foldable game, so to speak, is welcome. There is still a lot of work necessary to bring the foldable form factor where it must be. Good dust resistance, stronger compatibility of applications and a more robust internal screen are all the questions that must be dealt with.
Having the original foldable king around and in the form of a fight will be extremely useful to achieve some (hopefully) of these objectives.
