Our verdict
One solution three in one to the cleaning of the floor is, on paper, an excellent idea. But overall, there is a feeling of compromise with the K10 + Pro combo of Switchbot. The pint-sized vacation robot does not have enough suction power, its cleaning is more difficult than it is worth it, and the stick holiday handle is uncomfortable to hold for anything beyond a quick task. However, there are a few protruding facts, such as a compact reception station in which the two devices are emptying, so if you can live with the compromise, it could always be a good option.

Given that the robot vacations do not replace a type model for a vertical model (a vacuum of the robot is useless on the stairs, to start), it is easy to see the attraction of a combined floor cleaner. The K10 + PRO combo of Switchbot mixes a small vacuum of the robot with a stick of stick, and a quay in which they are emptying both of them, keeping the daily disorder and providing a tool for deeper cleaning targeted if necessary.
In addition, it has a platform that occupies less space on the ground than many, with the possibility of storing up to 70 days of dust, and a clipping system that uses disposable wipes to “ mop up: which makes it a viable option for those with compact living spaces – or households reluctant to engage in a type of cleanser.

Design and construction
- Vide of the compact robot
- Dock has a 3 -liter dust capacity
- Compatible
If you like white, the emptiness of the K10 + pro combo robot of Switchbot and the wireless vacuum do not disappoint. There are notes of silver and gray, but other than that, this for the minimalists there.
Its design is newer. It focuses on a compact base, which hides a 3 -liter dust collector with a bag, and connects both to the Stick VAC, which clings to the rear, and the robot, which must necessarily dock in the front. The stick is light at 1.84 kg / 4 pounds, including the head of the ground (it is lighter with one of the three tools attached), while the base measures a compact 82.6 x 19.5 x 22 cm (32 x 7.7 x 8.7 inches) in itself.
Its companion vacuum cleaner is “the smallest in the world” at only 24.8 cm / 9.76 inches in diameter (although it has a more standard height of 9.2 cm / 3.6 inches) – ideal for reaching places of larger VAC which cannot access. Its two buttons can be used to send it back to the house or continue to clean if it is interrupted, without the user needing to join the application.

The Switchbot K10 + Pro combo also works via a Switchbot Hub (not included) with the material on the thread, which means that it is in time and will work with any major smart home system, and you can emit vocal commands for the robot using Apple Home and Google Home.
Performances and features
- Good application
- Navigation of the robot not advanced
- Cleaning is a weakness
Although the dock combo K10 + pro from Switchbot is well designed, its short power cable can limit where it can live. I ended up using an extension cable for the flexibility of the location, since the back had to remain accessible so that the Stick VAC could be removed and replaced.
My first impression of the Stick Vac was that if its lightness and maneuverability were good, it was uncomfortable to hold. The battery is in the handle, adding weight.

Meanwhile, the handle itself is wide and plastic (rather than being a soft handle material), which makes it slide from the hand during use without a reasonably firm socket. The controls at the base of the handle – there is only one button activated / deactivated and a turbo button – are small and clumsy to reach, and it is difficult to distinguish the level of the remaining battery when used.

What we loved is that the revival of the Stick Vac on the quay is carefully empty automatically (it is very strong), and the wide brush bar has hidden teeth to prevent the hair envelope – during tests, there were no hooves or tufts.

The robot has easily connected to the application. The cartography was also simple, although its assumptions concerning the divisions of parts required more publishing than many competitors. Once operational, it was easy to define the schedules, to adjust the parameters and, above all, it has never lost a connection, and has always found its way at the base without problem.

However, he fought with obstacles during the test period. While the robot wheels are gushed so that it can climb, it is continuously stuck on a doormat, ate pets for pets (cats are not tidy), and we had to make the home an unemployed area because it would go up the edge.
Degradation looks like a reflection afterwards – there are no water tank or mops, but a clip -on module that requires disposable wipes to be attached. Cleaning disengages the suction function, which means that larger particles of dirt raised by the towel will remain on the ground. It is essentially erased the soil.
In this mode, he does not know when he is on the carpet or carpets, so you will have to create unemployed areas. While we liked the idea of not needing water to fill a tank and it was not necessary to wash the rags afterwards, the wipes were difficult to adapt, and we thought that we could have cleaned manually at the same time.
Rachel Ogden / Foundry
We tried the cleaning to clean the brown sauce and the tomato puree which had been left to dry. Unfortunately, the wiping glued to the tomato puree and pulled it on detachment from the module. Three wipes later, most of the visible mess had disappeared but the ground was clearly sticky. This function would probably only be suitable for everyday dirt.
The robot did better with dry debris on the hard ground: for the test, we used flour to represent dust and oats as greater particles. Even in turbo mode, the robot left a lot of flour behind, but the oat pick-up was good, with only a few which had been distant by the side brush. On a carpet halfway, the result was almost the same: a good oat collection but a notable amount of flour was left in the battery.
The Stick VAC contains less suction power than the robot (2000PA VS 3000PA), but we estimated that it had delivered better performance. The flour collection was good on the standard power, although it could spread the waste a little.
Oat was mainly sucked in standard, but some tended to escape the brushes, so some passes were necessary. On the carpet, the standard power picked up oats, but there were flour residues behind that its turbo mode could not lift.
We had to use our ordinary vacuum to suck this. We also tried the Stick Vac using some of its accessories – here it was pleasantly light like a pocket computer on padding, good for small particles, but we did not collect animal hair well.
Price and availability
The Switchbot K10 + PRO combo had a launch price of £ 799.99 / $ 799.99 but when writing the editorial time, it is available for much less. In the United Kingdom, you can buy it for £ 496 from Switchbot (with the LMTSM250 code) or £ 499.99 of Amazon.
In the United States, Amazon and Switchbot (with the LMTM50M code) sell it for $ 399.99.
These prices make a very good value for it And An emptiness of the robot on a budget. And if it is not reduced when you are tempted to buy, we advise you to wait for one of the regular sales periods – because the delivery is enormous.
But if you have more space or more budget, the combo does not offer the best of one or the other of the options. You can see our best recommendations in our roundups of the best vacuum cleaners, the best robot vacuum vacuums and the best cheap robots vacuum cleaners.
Should you buy the Switchbot K10 + Pro combo?
Although it resolves the enigma of the type of cleanser to buy, the Switchbot K10 + Pro combo does not deliver completely either. The Stick Vac is not as comfortable to use as some and it does not have the strong suction and several brushes of others. The robot is small but also inclined to get stuck as its greatest counterparts, and can leave the mess.
Its cleaning is not really cleaning – as well as disposable wet wipes are not environmental friends. The most attractive feature is the compact quay: effective, ideal for small space life and time in the amount you will have to empty. To do this, it may be useful to overhang the defects of the cleaners themselves-but make sure you can live with the compromise before buying.
