The season 3 premiere of the tumultuous but brilliant Hulu series is slowly approaching. Unsurprisingly, information about the new episodes is starting to leak. Recently, it was revealed that a certain Copenhagen pastry chef would reappear in the latest installment of the series.
The short series about a dilapidated Chicago restaurant has made a name for itself in recent years. The second season of The Bear won three Golden Globes and ten Emmy Awards and made Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri, who lead a wonderful cast, into rising global stars.
The thrilling season 2 finale had fans hoping that a third season of the wild story would be on the way. FX did not disappoint and officially gave the green light to the next episode of The Bear.
Let’s find out what we already know about the new episodes of the series.
When could The Bear season 3 be released?
According to the latest information provided by Variety, The Bear is expected to return to Hulu and Disney+ in June 2024.
This potential release date for Season 3 was revealed by FX president John Landgraf, who attended the network’s presentation at the Television Critics Association press tour.
If Landgraf’s words can be taken as confirmation, a June release date fits the pattern: Season 1 of The Bear premiered on June 23, 2022, and Season 2 premiered on June 22, 2023.
According to Landgraf’s announcement, all episodes of season 3 will be released on the same day.
What could the plot of season 3 of The Bear be about?
The second season of the series ended on a bitter note. As is often the case in The Bear, there can be no victory without defeat.
On the day the new restaurant opened, the success of the business hung by a thread. Carmy, stuck in the refrigerator, was once again on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Luckily, Richie saved the day and ultimately, the team emerged victorious from their first battle.
Unfortunately, at the last moment, Carmy sabotaged his blossoming relationship with Claire. During his crisis behind the fridge door, the young chef insulted his girlfriend and broke up with her, deciding to give up romantic relationships.
Although Carmy revealed himself to Claire in the worst light, their relationship may not be beyond repair. In the third season, Carmy might finally emerge from the crisis and see the benefits of having a life outside of work.
In season 3, Sydney and Marcus will also have to deal with their personal lives, as they begin to fall for each other. One of the most exciting storylines will likely involve Richie, who appears to be overcoming his insecurities and preparing to take on responsibility for the restaurant.
During the third season, the entire team will undoubtedly face an uphill battle for the survival of the newly established company. As you may recall, the group decided to open the restaurant during difficult economic times and faced the specter of bankruptcy from the start.
One thing’s for sure: Season 3 of The Bear will treat viewers to kitchen arguments, family trauma, and the best food you can find in Chicago.

Will Poulter was spotted filming a scene on a Chicago street, so it looks like Luca will be coming to visit old friends in season 3.
