Comunicado de prensa
Riot Games confirmed April 30 following the release date of Legends of Runeterra (LoR) for PCs and mobile devices, and announced that the Beta Season would end and the new season of graduation would begin. Prior to the launch, LoR will release a new set of over 120 cards, as well as a new circuit.
Based in the world of League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra is a strategy card game where skill, ingenuity and intelligence will determine success in this game. Riot Games has announced that with the launch of the game, the cards will begin with the champion, which will run until after April 30. The new set of cards will be available on PC with Version 1.0, which will be released on April 28 at approximately 12:00 (MX / CO ) / 13:00 (CL) / 14:00 (AR).
Riot also announced that players who played during the Open Beta will keep all their gains and purchases up to date because content will not be deleted and players will have stage performance and accounts that will allow them to play and earn rewards on mobile devices and PCs.
"First we will launch version 1.0 of the PC and then start distributing the mobile phone to the Google Play Store and App Store, depending on the location, the app can take up to 48 hours to appear in the store", explains Juan José Moreno «Riot The Nebo», -PR & Comms for Riot Games Latin America.
On April 30 the mobile version will be available in all regions with the official launch of LoR.
As a compliment to all beta players and those who joined the launch, all accounts that come in until midnight on May 7 will receive a special Poroazul Guardian installed. The next day, Riot will begin distributing the prize and players will be able to see it in their collection within 24 hours.
When the beta ends, the first and only Beta time in LoR will also end. After the launch, players will receive a special Beta Season icon based on the highest level they have achieved to commemorate their first climb on the LoR leaderboards.
"We are very excited about the introduction of the new card and card version, and we think the game and continuity are in a position to get more players, save for lucky updates and monthly modifications" adds Juan José Moreno «Riot Nebo», PR & Comms for Riot Games Latin America.
Recommendations for players
Although it is not necessary to have a Riot account to access mobile devices, it is best to use a new or existing Riot account, as it is required for platform performance and syncing account progress on both PCs and mobiles devices. This will also make it easier for Riot games to help players find their account.
Those who do not have a Riot account can create one for the first time or opt in the "Settings» menu once they have signed in to a mobile or Google Play or App Store account.
