The most watched film trailer in the announcements of Superbowl 59 was for the Thunderbolts of McU *, the second film in the world of superheroes for 2025.
Marvel's response to the Suicide team sees a group of anti-heroes gathered for a mission, notably Yelena Belova / Black Widow, Bucky Barnes and Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian, all under the direction of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.
Big Game's trailer shows that the chances are against them – after all, none of them can fly, just “point and shoot”, as Yelena says. Nevertheless, they will always have to come together if they want to have a chance to beat the bad guy … and it is someone that the fans of the comics waited for a long time to see.
Before Thunderbolts * is Captain America: Brave New World, falling on Valentine's Day. However, if you are wondering when you can put your tickets for this anti-hero team, we have everything you need.

When could Thunderbolts * tickets * be on sale?
Marvel has not yet confirmed when the tickets dropped, and the last two films in the studio had different approaches.
For the next film, Captain America 4, the tickets were put on sale on January 17, 2025, just under a month before his arrival in the cinemas. Conversely, Deadpool and Wolverine opened reservations just over two months before it fell.
The latter was a break in the trend. The three MCU films in 2023, Ant-Man and La Guêpe: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 And the wonders all dropped the tickets around a month before hitting the rooms.
Deadpool and Wolverine were the only Marvel film in 2024 and was (rightly) suspected of doing incredibly well at the box office, crossing the billions of dollars. Although there is a media threshing for Thunderbolts * at the time of writing, it does not have the same popular draw as the series led by Ryan Reynolds.
On this basis, we expect the tickets will likely drop Around April 2, 2025. There is a chance that it can be earlier – if we hear anything from Marvel, we will update this article.
