If it is an AMD office PC with the AM4 socket, we can update the processor for a few dollars. If it is a team with an Intel processor, the thing is more complicated because the 8th generation of blue equipment processors (minimum version compatible with Windows 11) is not compatible with the 7th and the previous one, we will therefore be forced to change the motherboard.
But, if it is a laptop, we have no choice but to buy a new team. If you are looking for a good beautiful and cheap laptop with Windows 11, one of the best options you can find today on the market in Lenovo with the idea 1 Gen 7, a laptop that has everything you need for the day, even to play, although without much claims.
The perfect laptop with Windows 11 for less than 600 dollars
If we talk about the Lenovo Ideapad 1 Gen 7, we are talking about portable equipment that has a 15.6-inch screen with a complete HD resolution and a TN panel with a maximum brightness of 220 nits and an anti-reflection coating.
As for the processor, we are talking about AMD Ryzen 7 5700U, a processor that has 8 cores and 16 wires at a speed of 4.3 GHz, more than enough processor for days and perfect to edit photos and videos. In the graphic section, there is a raft with 8 nuclei and a clock speed of 1,900 MHz, more than sufficient to move games without many graphic claims.
As for memory, this team has 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory with two 8 GB modules. We can replace one of the modules with another more capacity if we need a greater amount of RAM, although with 16 GB, it is more than enough for the days.
As for storage, we are talking about 512 GB SSD NVME M2. 2280 Compatible with PCIE 3.0. If the storage space is short, we can extend it for greater capacity.
The fact that we can extend both memory and storage space is essential when purchasing portable equipment, because it does not limit the possibilities of expansion that allows us to stretch its useful lifespan longer.
As indicated by the manufacturer, the autonomy of this model is approximately 12 hours, the autonomy which depends on the energy plan that we use and the type of applications that we execute, because, if we use it to modify the video, the duration will be lower than that if we use it to navigate or watch online videos.
As we can see in the images, you have very limited dimensions with a maximum thickness of 17.9 mm and a weight of only 1.6 kg. Regarding connectivity options, this model has an SD card reader, a USB-A 2.0 port, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, a USB-C 3.2 Gen1 port, an HDMI port and a jack to connect headphones with a microphone.
The usual price of this team is 829 dollars, however, for the moment, it can be ours for only 549 dollars, which represents a 34% discount on its usual price. If you are looking for a laptop with Windows 11 at a good price, you will not find a better option than that.
