As we approach Windows 11 support, scheduled for October 14, 2025, Microsoft has been eliminated the tips that made it possible to create a Windows user account without being associated with a Microsoft account such as use of mail [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected], disconnect from the Internet, modify the record among others.

How to use Windows 11 without Microsoft account
The first thing we have to understand about this trick is that we will need a Microsoft accountAt least at the start. If you already have an account, but you don't want to use it, you can create a new one.
As we commented above, the latest Windows 11 versions do not allow any of the usual tips to be used, therefore, if we want to use Windows 11 with a local account without being associated with a Microsoft account, we have no choice but to use it, even temporarily.
The first thing we are going to do is access Windows configuration options, with the Win + Iy shortcut that we access, in the side menu, in the section Accounts.
Then, in the right section, we are looking for the option Other users And we click.
In other users, we must click on Add an accountbutton located on the right to the right the add another user. In the following image, as you can see, I have already created a local administrator account which is not associated with any Microsoft account.
By clicking on the addition of an account, Windows will display a window inviting us to enter the Microsoft account data with which we want to use it. As we do not want to use an account, we click on I do not have the connection data of this person.
In the next window, we invite ourselves to create a new Microsoft account. As it is not our intention to do, below, we click on Add a user without Microsoft account.
Then, Microsoft recommends using an account if the equipment will use children or adolescents to monitor and limit the type of content to which they have access. As our intention is to create a normal account to use it without Microsoft account, we start to fill the fields it asks us.
Not being associated with a Microsoft account, if we forget the password, we can in no case recover it, therefore, with the username and password, we must select 3 security questions and enter the answer. Finally, we click on the local account, it will have already been created.
Once we have created the account, click on it and change your account Standard because of Administrator. If we do not make this change, we will not be able to close the session and delete the account associated with the Microsoft account, because the option, the menu that we must use, will not be displayed in the local account.
Finally, we close the session and start the session with the new account. Then we access the configuration options (Win + I) Accounts> Other usersClick on the Windows account that we want to delete to access the options and select the Delete option.
