Minutes: Rise of Gru
The minutes are back and this time in the 1970s they came to a high level and helped young Gru from his mission to become a formidable boss. The most amazing thing about this trailer is not the highway for the & # 39; s 70s or even Gru for the kids, but the fact that the Little Gru is being broadcast by the elder Steve Carell.
Movie Release Date: July 3 at the stadiums
Hype Level: 5. Look, to get lots of sequences and half of the trilogy, this looks as good as possible. For context, the only other "pre-trilogy" sequence I can think of Star Wars: Attack on the Clones
All Bright Places
It's a common YA love where most troubled teenagers meet and fall in love. Things get sad for this girl (played by Elle Fanning) at first, but as she starts to cheer the man (Justice Smith from Detector Pikachu prestige) receives a tribute. Based on YA book described as Eleanor and Park it blends in Error in Our Stars, All Bright Places you probably won't have a bright end with these characters.
Movie Release Date: February 28 on Netflix
Hype Level: 4. I'm here for Justice Smith and his great Adam apple.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw
Intentionally, I know people really like Saw movies. Subtle, the DVD cover I saw as I walked past the terrifying stage at my Blockbusters as a child filled me with bad dreams, but none resembled a Jigsaw mask with its bright red eyes. While this trailer is unquestionably high, it does no have this mask, which means I can watch it all the way. I consider it a victory.
Movie Release Date: May 15 in theaters
Hype Level: 7. No mask means bonus points for me!
The waterfalls of Utopia
After I read it The Hunger Games in high school and was in a dystopia YA kick, I had a sense of a future society where "true art" was banned and people created and completed it in parts of classical theater and what not. Coming back, it was the most unhealthy thing for a 16 year old. It's the context of this show. We may be getting old, but the media we wish to use 16 remains the same.
Series release date: February 14 on Hulu
Hype Level: I know what – I'll be true to my teenage son here and give this eight. Bring the youth using the power of hip-hop to overturn their government.
