Well, it has finally happened: one of the most successful and famous wrestlers in the world in the world, John CenaTurned heel. After 20 -year -old fans who hope for this day, it is finally here as part of the retirement tour of Cena before his last wrestlemania in April.
First, just so that everyone understands what happened, a little story: John Cena has been struggling in the WWE since 2001. At first he portrayed a rapping villain. He became very popular over time and in 2005 – after winning his first WWE championship – he became a good guy in all future storylines and events a baby face. And in the past 20 years, when he granted over 600 children their dreams as part of the make-a-hooked foundation and became a film star, he has remained a baby face, although many wrestling fans wanted him to make a villain again. But every year, And how Cena joked herself about it, It became increasingly unlikely that the face of the WWE brand would ever be a villain again. And then that changed over the weekend.
On March 1stat the end of WWE's elimination Chamber: Toronto EventCena won the whole and received a championship game against the current Champ and Babyface Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 41 in April. But after the profit, Rhodes entered the ring and stared down Cena.
Then the skirt appeared and explained how Rhodes had to join him and give him everything, including “his soul”. Rhodes said no and then hugged Cena. But then Cena Rock signaled that he was ready to complete this deal, and the soon -to -win wrestler attacked Rhodes, who signaled his heel turn. The moment received one of the loudest pops I've ever heard when people lost their thoughts how Cena finally got bad.
After the historical heel, turns Cena posted a picture of Grand Theft Auto 6 On InstagramAn indication of the meme that we expected so many long before Rockstar's open continuation of Open World. In the meantime, Wrestling fans have started to do what they always do in these moments, speculate what will happen next, look forward to the next big event and explain how it was actually not surprising because they saw it.
Regardless of this, Cena has been in the last few weeks of his WWE career when he enters his last wrestlemania to face one of the greatest new good good of the company, Cody Rhodes, like an exciting end of one of the largest career of the century. Will he end up in Babyface in the end? Will he win everything? Will he go out a villain? We have to wait until April to find out, but even me, someone who hardly sees wrestling, I am excited to see how everything happens.
