The creative minds behind super chill games like von Snowman Alto’s adventure and Skate Citycomes Pok Pok, a new studio dedicated to creative, playful learning for children – an open game that encourages children to imagine and think. Sounds like a nifty goal.
Pok Pok started with two snowman artists, Mathijs and Esther, who built a digital interactive picture book for their own children. The couple wanted to turn their children into electronic toys that would make them curious about the world rather than distract them. A few years later we are working with children, parents and educators, and Pok Pok is born. The first app of the new studio, Pok Pok playroom
Pok Pok playroom is a collection of digital toys designed to inspire children to use their thoughts and ideas to solve and explore problems. There are no right or wrong ways to play. It’s like being in a real playroom with new toys being exchanged on a regular basis. To this end, Pok Pok playroom is a subscription service that costs $ 3.99 per month or $ 29.99 per year. A 14-day trial version is available to start with.
