And even if the game only allows you to choose between "male" and male style, you can still wear whatever outfit you want and use any hairstyle that suits your entire style. Those no sex-restricted clothing or hair options, to go crazy and wear whatever suits you.
New Horizons and lets you customize your eyes, eye color, nose and mouth. You can even install a small implant, too, if you save it. Your options are locked for good – as you play, you'll unlock some of the hair and hair colors, so there's nothing permanent, as long as you make your own mirror, which allows you to change it whenever you want.
