Here’s a video game crossover that’s pretty cool: you can actually play a version of an indie card game Balatro In Dave the diver. It makes sense: Dave is already there Balatro. It’s only natural for Balatro to come to fishing and restaurant management simulator.
The version of Balatro found in Dave the diver is playable underwater in the Sea People Village, where it is also named Jimbo’s game – a reference to the Joker Balatro. It’s not common for a crossover game to actually integrate another game into the other, so this one feels very special. Players who defeat multiple sailors Jimbo’s game receives a special spell that makes the weapons more powerful. It makes sense for Dave the diveralso: There are many games in the Sea People Village, including a memory card game in which the sea person Junak is stupid.
But Thursday’s Dave & Friends update also brings two more collaborations to the game: Singer MXMTOON and Alchemy Simulator Potion crafting. It is the latest in a series of updates for Dave the diverwhich has spawned many interesting crossovers including excavator and Godzilla himself.
To BalatroAt the end of the year, developer LocalThunk announced a new update coming on Thursday that adds new cosmetic map skins that overlap with other games. (Dave the diver is already in.) This update adds card faces inspired by Stardew Valley, Cyberpunk 2077, Kill the towerAnd The Binding of Isaac.
