Cyberpunk 2077 has undergone quite a significant change since then Dumpster fire start in 2020. CD Projekt Red’s city-wide role-playing game has received a next-gen update, a 2.0 patch This fundamentally changes the way you build a character and fight your way through the streets of Night City, and to top it all off, the team released an outstanding expansion in 2023 Phantom freedom. If you’ve been put off by the glitches and crashes of 2020, now is the perfect time to give the game a second chance, as CD Projekt Red is offering a free trial of the game this weekend.
The five hour test is available now on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and runs until Sunday, March 31 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. CD Projekt Red says it’s not offering this trial to PC gamers for “technical reasons.” If you like what you play and decide to purchase the full version, any progress you make during the trial will carry over. However, the study does not include that Phantom freedom Extension. This makes sense since it would take at least a few hours for the expansion to be playable anyway.
I was there at every stage Cyberpunk 2077Despite the rollercoaster ride of poor releases and game-changing updates, I can recommend the game as it exists today without a ton of reservations. Sure, I still think Cyberpunk 2077It’s worth taking a closer look at CD Projekt Red’s cynical worldview and strange stereotyping of some of its characters and communities, but when the CD Projekt Red team is at their best, they produce some incredibly memorable characters and storylines, and this game definitely reflects this.
Big changes like the 2.0 update, which gives you new skill trees and build customizations, ensure you reach those moments even better, and while there are still some inherent flaws, it’s for the best Cyberpunk 2077 has ever given. So if you have nothing to do this weekend, go to the PlayStation or Xbox Store and download the free trial version.
