How to farm FATEs quickly
Note that you can keep both minions away while the watch is equipped to receive Yo-kai Medals and Legendary Medals. There’s really no reason to take off the watch while FATE grinds until you get all the Yo-kai Medals you want.
You should also definitely take a look at the FATE section of the party finder, as there are a number of groups there who are always looking for more people to help collect medals.
The Blue Mage’s FATE farming technique
The best way to quickly take out a FATE is to use it Blue magician. You can use the skill “rocket” to complete 50% of most An empire reborn The HP of the FATE bosses decreases, causing these FATEs to drop very quickly.
You can also use the Blue Mage Instadeath combo to quickly wipe out non-boss enemies. Use “Hydropull“to draw all enemies to you,”The ram’s voice” to freeze the enemies around you, and then “Ultra vibration” to instantly kill all frozen enemies around you. You can complete a FATE with a party full of blue mages fast.
If you don’t already have Blue Mage or the skills, here’s a quick overview of how to get the limited job and skills we’ve listed:
- Unlock BLU by using the “Eager Yellowjacket” NPC in Limsa Lominsa lower decks to start and complete the quest “Out of the Blue”.
- Learn “Rocket” from Enkiduwho is in the process”Battle of the Great Keep.”
- Learn “The Ram’s Voice” from the chimera Boss in the dungeon”Cutter’s scream.”
- Learn “Hydropull” from the Kelpie boss in the dungeon. The sunken city of Skalla.”
- Learn “Ultravibration” from the Kongamato Enemies in The peaks (at 13, 26).
Remember that you must allow the enemy to cast the spell First and then you can kill them to possibly learn the skill. It’s not a guaranteed drop unless you run the content layer synchronized or in a fully pre-built group.
“Hydropull” and “Ultravibration” require both Stormblood The main story must be completed to a certain point, while Cutter’s Cry is unlocked via the side quest.shame before death.” “Battle of the Great Keep” is unlocked through a Hildebrand quest: “Your lost vow.” If you’ve never completed Hildebrand quests before, you’ll need to start with “The rise and fall of gentlemen” in Ul’dah.
Other than that, you don’t really have to do any of this. This is simply the most efficient FATE farming technique, and if your blue mage isn’t leveled or you don’t want to do the whole unlocking thing, you should just make FATEs your favorite job and smash things until they die. You will still get medals, but the clear won’t be as fast.
