Featuring a Famicom-inspired design, 8BitDo’s mechanical keyboard is currently on sale for $59.99 (was $99.99).

All 8BitDo keyboards are inspired by old-school consoles and PCs, such as the Commodore 64, NESand in this case Famicom, the original name of the NES when it was released in Japan in 1983.

Although this keyboard doesn’t have RGB lighting, its otherwise extensive list of features puts it on par with rival models from manufacturers like Keychron, albeit at a fraction of the cost. 8BitDo’s mechanical keyboard features an aluminum top plate, Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, a dedicated volume control and hot-swappable switches, as well as a unique PBT keycap set in the colors of the console of the same name.
