In the world of Jason Lei Howden's indie movie Guns Akimbo, the internet is more focused on a "real-life" video game called Skizm, where random people are chosen to fight and die with real weapons and vehicles. Moll troll and slacker Miles all (Daniel Radcliffe) enjoy Skizm's similarities, much like watching popular Fortnite broadcast, but with a higher rate of actual death. He then steps down the wrong stream, and a private party arrives at his apartment, brutally grabbing him, pointing his fists at the hands, grabbing him and joining him in the game.
Again: Miles has to fight for his life assault rifles were struck in the hands, and has been informed that he will die unless he kills the current Skizm attacker, Nix (Samara Weaving). Look like Jeopardy the heroism falls to the ground, but in a bloody manner, chaos and more engaging hands, with Daniel Radcliffe trying to figure out how to get his pants off without firing his own spear. It's like the point of retaliation against online trolls everywhere, except that there might be a rescue arc, and a lot of body humor. Includes hand-guns.
Guns Akimbo coming out March 5.
