Infinity Nikki offers many activities to keep you busy. But everything you do is aimed at the same goal: unlocking new clothes for Nikki. Our eponymous protagonist ultimately has to collect various items of clothing in order to advance in the fashion-obsessed world of Miraland. But her furry, cat-like friend Momo can also change his appearance.

Unfortunately, Momo doesn't have as many opportunities to unlock new outfits as Nikki does. It's also easy to miss some of these, as they are either only available for a limited time or require certain objectives to be achieved. This little guy deserves some fun too. Here's what you need to know about unlocking outfits for Momo.
Resonance banners can have some outfits for Momo
The first time you unlock a new Momo cape will likely be through the Resonance Banners. Although the main reason for donning these banners is to acquire new clothing for Nikki, you can obtain additional items through the Deep Echoes system. Additional Resonance Banner rewards can be claimed for drawing a certain number of times, including exclusive capes for Momo.
These capes match the same 5-star outfit that Nikki can put together from the banner. Unfortunately, you have to use up a lot of crystals to even get them. All banners that have been equipped with this so far require between 160 and 180 pulls. This isn't bad for the permanent banner, but when it comes to the limited time banners you might feel rushed.
The Distant Anthem Battle Pass has two
Another way to get more Momo outfits is to level up through the Mira Journey Battle Pass. More specifically, the Roar and Nightfall Momo capes can be earned through the Distant Anthem version of the Battle Pass, which is the version that costs money. You need to pay more than $10 to activate this track of the Battle Pass.
It's important to remember that all Battle Pass progress will be updated with the next version update. I only recommend this if you are sure you will play the game enough. One of the cloaks can be claimed at level 30.
Kilo the Cadenceborn offers matching clothing sets
Corrupted Ropes of Inspiration can be found throughout Miraland, often on the roofs of buildings or in secluded locations that require platforms off the beaten path. The sole purpose of these collectibles is to exchange them for Kilo The Cadenceborn rewards. Most of these rewards are individual clothing sketches that eventually come together to form a complete outfit The poetry-writing dragon also offers a few capes for Momo.
These capes are always gifted along with a final clothing sketch for Nikki. Similar to the Resonance banners, they also match Nikki's new outfit. Continually submitting the Dews of Inspiration is a great way to bring both characters together without being tempted to spend a dime.
Some outfits are hidden rewards for completing courses
Infinity Nikki's The open world will keep you on your toes with everything there is to discover. Proper incentives are also in place thanks to the various diamonds you can earn through courses. This makes the pot even cuter Completing certain challenges in the course will reward you with a new Momo Cloak.
The bad news about these capes is that you can't preview them in advance. Luckily, there is a vague clue that informs you about the challenges a camouflage system presents. If you're scrolling through the challenges and see one with a Momo and a question mark sticker, completing it completely will give the little guy a new outfit. If you don't want to deal with cumbersome menus, here's how to unlock Momo capes through courses:
- Activate 50 Warp Spires
- Catch 500 insects
- Care for 500 animals
- Catch 500 fish
- Complete 20 random Wishwood quests
- Complete 26 random Florawish quests
- Complete 30 random Stoneville quests
- Complete 45 World Quests
- Purify 1000 Esselings
Maximize your Stylist Rank
You will receive this final cloak while completing the advanced courses. For each course you complete, you will receive credit toward improving your Stylist rank. Reaching the Legendary Stylist Rank unlocks the Bright Gold Momo Cloak.
Even among the outfits that are only available for a limited time, this one is one of the chicest. Just be prepared to take many specific courses. It's no joke working your way up this rank, but at least there's a cute outfit waiting for Momo at the end.
It goes without saying that rotating resonance banners will give you new Momo capes. However, there is a good chance that these other methods mentioned will also be updated. If Infinity Nikki follows the trend of other open-world gacha titles and potentially visits the other six nations of Miraland. New locations would of course bring more ranks and possibly more courses. Whether it's a big update or just a new banner, you can be sure that Momo will be able to unlock some capes in the future.
