Bop it! Pull it! Mend it! Mine it!
Bop it is a toy that (sigh) Children from the 90s will remember. I’ve played way too much of it. I even took it to school, which was fine because my teachers and classmates wanted to play with it too. Now Seth Altobelli took this toy and modified it so it could control it Minecraft.
In a video recently posted by Altobellihe describes how he made this wild controller. It takes a lot of math and completely disassembling and then assembling the Bop It toy. I’m not smart enough to understand all of the things he’s done. Instead, I just nod along and say, “Wow, amazing stuff”.
They built this weird controller for a YouTuber, Technobladeand also shared a video of the controller on Reddit. There it has received over 13,000 positive votes at the time of this writing. I nod again and say “Impressive stuff”.
