Making one small or big balloon in Lego Fortnite and attaching to a dynamic platform is the easiest way to get high – which is useful if you want to use your glider, for example. But just like a glider, crafting a balloon requires a lot of infrastructure throughout the game.

How to build a balloon in Lego Fortnite

To make one small balloon In Lego Fortnite you need 1 silk fabric
Silk fabric begins with silk threadSo you need one rotating wheel First. That needed 8th boards, 5 wooden sticks, 5 woodAnd 5 dewclaws. You can spin a spider on a spinning wheel silk into it silk thread.
To transform this thread Silk fabricyou need one Loom (9 Flexwood, 8 Flexwood rodsAnd 6 sand claws of desert wolves). You can turn on a loom 5 silk thread into it 1 silk fabric.
You also need the spinning wheel to spin 5 vines into it 1 cable.
Balloons do not drop materials when you destroy them
Before you go too far with making balloons, you should be aware that balloons (and other vehicle parts like wheels and engines) do not lose resources when you destroy them. The resources simply disappear.
How to use a balloon in Lego Fortnite
The easiest way to use a balloon is to simply attach it to one dynamic foundation (4 Flexwood). With just these two ingredients, you have a simple hot air balloon that will carry you straight up (just make sure you’re standing on the foundation when attaching the balloon – we learned that the hard way). The problem is that your balloon just stays up in the sky.

You can fire one up if you want Activation switch (1 wood And 1 blasting powder) and a small engine (1 wooden stick)., 1 blasting powderAnd 1 flashlight) or two. When you press the switch, your balloon will shoot in the direction the engine is pointing. There are currently no steering wheels in Lego Fortnite. So if you want to choose the direction you want to go in, you have to get creative.
You can make a balloon sink by building it onto its platform and adding weight. For a large balloon and a dynamic platform, you’ll need to build about ten 4x4x2 foundations so it can fall all the way back to the ground.
