Occasionally you enter the world in Lego Fortnite while cutting through furniture, the ground, or even the landscape. The Ground defects is a frustrating error, but there is a way around it. Kind of.

How to fix the ground error in Lego Fortnite
Seems like there’s something to it Fourteen days Saves your position when you exit the game that caused the error. If you stand on something, there’s a (small) chance you’ll get stuck in it when reloading.

What you do next depends on what you’re stuck in. If you get stuck in furniture or a floor you’ve built, you can probably destroy it with your hands or a pickaxe. Breaking through what you’re stuck with seems to free you pretty reliably.
However, if you’re stuck in the countryside, things are a little trickier. (It seems to be especially common when standing on a rock in the desert biome.) You probably won’t be able to fight your way through or avoid your prison. In this case you have to do it Respawn

In the pause menu, scroll to Menu – Third from bottom. It’s the same tab where you’ll find Settings. Below is the option to do this Respawn. This is a consistent way to escape the floor if you get stuck, but will essentially kill you. You drop your backpack and reappear where your bed is.
How to avoid getting stuck in the ground in Lego Fortnite
Since this is a bug that isn’t particularly common, you probably won’t need to adjust your play style much. As your mother told you, you generally shouldn’t stand on furniture when you leave the game. And whenever you can, leave the game on the ground and not on rocks.
