The reason so many VR fans got excited about this mod was because of the sheer amount of work that the mod’s creator, Prayer dog, got involved in the project. Weapons like the knife have full 3D collision so players can swing and stab enemies with natural movement. The mod also fully supports motion controls, so you can quickly take out zombies or grapple in total fear while a licker takes you by surprise from a dark shadow that you haven’t checked.
With the mod, players can also see everything RE2 and RE3s Cutscenes in 3D, although UploadVR warns This could break up some scenes as you can see things that you should never see.
The quality of this VR mod is even more impressive when you remember the remakes of Resident Evil 2 and 3 were third-person shooters, i.e. first-person real-time motion conBringing trolls into play wasn’t easy.
