League of Legends‘Newest champion, Zeri, was revealed a few days ago when her champions page went live on the game’s website. While this teaser was certainly exciting, it didn’t reveal much about the champion. But on Thursday, Riot released a full trailer for her to show off her electrified moves.
The trailer shows a short scene where Zeri recharges her powers while facing some thugs in Zaun, but mostly she focuses on the exploits of the champions in the rift. While we still don’t get a full description of her abilities, we see that she uses automatic attacks that appear to be imbued with electricity when they shoot out an area of effect behind their target. Zeri also appears to have a short sprint that can get her over walls, some kind of skillshot laser, and the ability to move super fast for a short while.
None of this comes as a surprise based on her champion biography
Zeri won’t be released in time for league‘s newest season, which starts on Friday, but it should appear in the next patch which should be out in a couple of weeks.
