Sega and Games Workshop announced that the Original Space marine GameThe first published on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC over a decade ago receives a unusual remaster with improved images and controls. And you don't have to wait until it starts on the Xbox series X/S and PC on June 10th. A platform may be missing.
The original Warhammer 40k: Space Marine was published in 2011. It was very good and over a decade later in 2024, It finally had a big sequel That was even better. This sequel was such a great success that the people behind it have already announced that they do it Space Marine 3. It's pretty cool. But maybe you would like to return to the OG game for the first time or play for the first time before the third game arrives in the future. So far the best way to do this has been to do the solid but dated PC port of playing Space marine. However, there will soon be a (hopefully) better option to reproduce this cult classic science fiction shooter. Unless they only own a PS5, that is,.
On May 22nd as part of the Warhammer skull Event, Sega announced that the OG remastered Space Marine. According to the publisher, the new remaster from Sneakybox is treated and has a 4K resolution option, modernized control elements, a complete UI overhaul, improved character models and remastered audio. I can hardly wait to hear orcs “Space Marine!” in a cockney accent in the highest possible loyalty.
“[This] Is not just a technical upgrade – it is a thoughtful restoration, ”producer Vaida's Mikelskas from Sneakybox told IGN. “We wanted to keep the spirit of the original and at the same time modernized the experience of today's players.”
Strangely enough, this surprise remaster Playstation 5 seems to skip when the first trailer of the game is a hint. Instead, it will arrive at the game pass on the first day. I am not sure what's going on here. I assume that the remaster will get a PS5 port at some point, but at the moment it seems to be an exclusive Xbox console. In a world where Forza And War talks Are on PlaystationThat really seems silly.
Warhammer 40k: Space Marine Master -Master edition Starts on Xbox Series X/S, PC and Game Pass on June 10th.
