A limited research event featuring Mincino is coming Pokémon Go to help celebrate the year of Rat.
Feb. 2 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. in your local time, PokéStops will offer simple tasks that you must complete to make the Minccino look like a reward.
Note that this is not Public Day, and the Mincino will not be broadcast without these requirements. Eggs will appear about five kilometers during and after the event.
How do I get you a
Shiny Minccino?
Shiny Minccino will be featured in a very limited Research Award. It will certainly take more than one job to find Shiny Minccino, however.
If the prices of the previous research day do not change, you should expect to find one Shiny Minccino after about 20 encounters, but it is also possible to run into a string of bad luck and end up with nothing.
How do I take advantage of limited research event time?
Move to a ton of PokéStops. Since you can only complete one task per PokéStop, you'll want to reach out to many of them to collect the Mincino Candy and try to catch the Shiny.
You can also complete the task to get it out of one of the three slots of tasks, without holding Minccino. When you first meet, just run, and it will save the reunion later. This way, you can wrap up more Mincino chats and throw in a Lucky Egg or Star Piece to get them out of XP and Stardust as you quickly catch them in a row.
If you decide which Mincino should appear at the end of the day, try using one of the new search strings. Sort & # 39; your months by “most recently” using the icon at the bottom right, then type “4 *” in the search box at the top. This will let you know if you have 100% IV Minccino. Most people won't have much luck, so next time you'll want to type "3 *" in the search box, which will show you the latest & # 39; m & # 39; mons. Grab these to see which one is best and introduce your new friend!
