To celebrate April Fool's Day, some Pokémon with a trickster personality poured in on them Pokémon Go.
The event runs April 1 at 8 a.m. until April 7 at 10 p.m. in your local time.
These include Gastly, Haunter, Ditto, Voltorb, Foongus, Croagunk, and Aipom. Stunfisk is also making its first Pokémon Go this time. For those of you who don't have Ditto, pretending to be Pokémon until after you catch it, this might be the perfect opportunity to fill that spot on your Pokédex.
At every event, Croagunk and Aipom will appear to capture you taking pictures of AR, instead of Smeargle.
Croagunk, a toxic- and anti-fog, will also be appearing Shiny for the first time, going from its usual blue color to pure teal. Toxicroak turns from blue to orange to light pink.

And there will be limited-time field research to celebrate Pokémons' characters.
