The official legal jacket in between Surprising Death and the technical clothing label Acronym went on sale today for € 1750 / USD $ 1900, and even at that price, it sold almost immediately.
This is a common practice of Acronym jackets at best times, to be fair, since they are a very desirable piece of clothing, but so far.
If you're wondering about the connection between the two, I spoke with Yoji Shinkawa and Cooor of Kojima Pro and co-founder Errolson Hugh about their collaboration last year, which led to Hugh making a cameo in the game, as well as a few pieces of Acronym gear.
This particular jacket is not one of those pieces, it's just one of the most popular Acronym picks – J1A-GT – made in Surprising Death style to honor their collaboration, with a signature yellow breastplate to mimic the baby pot and other Bridges logo on the chest, arms and back.
Note that the cases and baby boots in the pictures below are just signs, they didn't come with the rail.
