bugs in Tears of the Kingdom are zapped by Nintendo faster than a Rentokil employee on day one, so you might want to take advantage of this newfound curiosity before the next update. A group of players (all named in the video above) have worked together to discover a strange railing in a section of the depths that has mysterious and unique properties. Properties that make it one of the most useful items when building flying machines.
What’s extraordinary is that you collect it by visiting the Great Abandoned Central Mine in the depths and attaching stabilizers to the sides of the elevator platforms located in each corner. This will break off a section of the railing, which you can then fuse something to to add to your autobuild.
Once done, you can reproduce it anywhere, and for unknown reasons, it’s the only autobuild item that won’t be destroyed by splitting. It has also had completely wrong physical properties applied, meaning it will move in the slightest breeze but has the sturdiness of sheet metal. That means: build an airplane!
In the video above, Link&Zelda Talks shows how it can be used for enhanced hoverbikes, incredibly levitating biplanes, and even has its own glitches that allow you to fly very high in the air. People will make one ton with it, and hopefully it’s a feature that Nintendo will let go.
