Xbox Game Pass is one of the best gaming deals today. For $ 10 a month, you have access to a Netflix style video game library that you can download and play whenever you want. Some marquee games call the app the same day they were released, as it were The Outer Worlds. In other words, it is not surprising that the basis of a subscription is doubled last year.
But as good a deal as Game Pass is, it can also be very difficult. In the console, you'll find over 100 titles in your hands. (The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is less expensive and provides access to titles on the PC, too, though we focus on the console of this list.) Seeing as the games are bigger now than ever – and that the standard Xbox One comes with just 500GB of storage – logically you can have a few Game Pass titles in your console at any time. So, where should you start?
Below, you'll find the best game rundown right now on the Xbox Game Pass. As the Game Pass PC app continues to use the beta, we limit the listings to games available on the console. (Gris, for example, is a politically correct art that everyone should see. Currently, it is only available on PC Game Pass. Sorry, console players!) Games are also occasionally added to Game Pass – and occasionally even. We will continue to update this list as a change of availability.
You're forgiven for thinking, at first glance, that The Outer Worlds it is Fallout: Space. Yes, there are similarities. Obsidian, a game development studio, was the developer behind Fallout: New Vegas. But it's enough here to set this role-playing game in its own category. For one thing, the writing is as sharp as a tack, a mix of one-liners with a heart and a sharp comment on corporate greed. The main gameplay loop is the explosion, too. Governments never feel overthrown, and tend to come to a pleasant realm between exploration and realism. Also, have we talked about space? Because it's in place. (For clarification: The Outer Worlds it takes place in Halcyon, a fictional colony that is completely owned by companies of agencies.) Best of all, you can get rid of the whole game, the most important side quests included, within 40 hours. Let's hear about games that honor our time!
Great game for: Fans of the sci-fi era. They can't get enough Fall. The proletariat.
Not a good game for: People who don't like or don't have the patience for inventory management. Potential people just multiply Fallout 4, available and currently in Game Pass. Corporatists.

No game in the world like this Exotic Animals. You better go in completely blind, but if you have to know something, here you go: Exploring a strange planetary system where each planet operates under its own set of unpleasant rules. You can't fire a single bullet. You will not participate in the minutes of what is traditionally known as the “fight.” You will die a lot, but they rarely feel unworthy. You will not receive any points of experience, or unlock any skills, gear, or other progressive badges. Each gameplay session lasts for 22 minutes, at least, if you don't meet for the first time with an unexpected deterioration. He is not armed with anything but your own knowledge – the knowledge that even the smallest findings help you to understand the game more, and that, yes, there is still much more to gain.
Great game for: Gamers have endless curiosity. Tom Cruise fans aspiring Border of Tomorrow it was not a weak act and a healthy reflection on the sense of existence.

You probably already know what you're doing Gears 5: a skilled third-person shooter where you use various weapons, duck behind the cover, shoot bad guys, and laugh about how you tie the character down. (Seriously, what the hell is COG & # 39; s protein?) In short, Gears 5 it's more Gears. ”But this latest growth broadens the formula of the series in every way. The discussion is cunning. There are now open world categories, complete with side applications and RPG elements. And putting the player in the shoes of the other women's opponent – Kait Diaz, a former outfielder – is a welcome step. Also, Horde mode, which has been a staple of the series since 2008 & # 39; s Gears of War 2, is as strong as ever, and is expandable in the embedded stage system Gears of War 4.
Great game for: Lovers of Gears and other third-party shooters. People who say things like, "Wow, this might be the best looking game on consoles right now," because Gears 5 very good is possible.
Not a good game for: Players who can stand periods of long load. The Gears 5 luggage screens can create energy.

Not 10 minutes in Health Surprising 2, The father of 16-year-old Sean Diaz (actor's character) was shot dead by a police officer causing a scandal. His younger brother, Daniel Diaz, 9, revealed the sheer power of abusing it to kill the officer. Well, if you think Dontnod's follow-up can pull any punches, think again. Like the first game, Health Surprising 2 Laser focuses on relationships and invites you to make important narrative decisions, but this story is now set against the broad backdrop of our inevitable political reality. (In the first episode, the Diaz brothers are told to "get back to where you came from. In the latest episode, you meet a character who ran away from home to escape conversion therapy.) As Gita Jackson put it to her to review of the game,Health Surprising 2 it doesn't offer much escape to the world, but that's why it's worth playing. ”Long ago Life is amazing Fashionable, each episode ends in a doozy of a cliffhanger. Patient players should know that all episodes – each of which can be completed in about three hours – are now in Game Pass.
Great game for: People who want to hear things. For indie pop lovers (the game opens with a Phoenix tune).
Not a good game for: Anyone who fights non-partisan or loves their games with high-octane pieces and graphics.

Batman: Arkham Knight is a very good game with some loads that it can put down. That makes it a complete sad game by using a service like Xbox Game Pass, rather than simply buying it. The mid-2015 game kicked off a series of Batman games created by Rodsteady Studios (along with a spin-off from WB Montreal) by placing players in the Batman administration who must explore everything of Gotham City and protect it from a comeback and new housing. That has been a trick, though it doesn't get in one of the best aspects of the game: a stealing performance from Mark Hamill & # 39; s Joker, who returns Arkham series in a strange way. Arkham Knight it plays as a great open-world adventure filled with goons to fight, puzzles to solve and a finale worth reaching. At this point in the series, Rocksteady has been trying to find out, and the results are very scary, how about a good twist on the narrative and the occasional introduction of one-player / two-character characters (think: exchanging Batman and Robin's control as you use both to beat the bad boys). Holding? The game introduced the Batmobile, which is used for racing, auto racing, and puzzle-based coordination. Not all of them did as well as the other players. Note the Game Passer.
Great game for: People who love Batman, love seeing iterate studios in proven formula, and write well-told stories.
Not a good game for: People who don't want a Bat-tank fight in their Batman game.

It's basically a multiplayer pirate adventure game Sea of Thieves under other players at the launch. Good odds and a competitive fight were expected at sea. That is not the case Sea of Thieves at the beginning. It was your destination, the kind of rebel-minded chat room where each night led to a new story – the night your ship crashed into the sea, you made your treasure in the ass to find it, or the night you made an alliance with another anti-skeletal ship, all while planning to blow up their gallery. Since then, the game has grown to include many things that players wanted. There are exciting new islands to explore, expensive sea monsters, quest-level lengths, cemeteries with puzzles, and even PVP mode in your possession. Now, it's a game played by players – and previously it was one of the most unique games to play.
Great game for: People who play video games less with story telling and more about the gaming experience. Followers of the puzzle. Jack Sparrow.
Not a good game for: Players who want a pirate game as rooted in history as Cassass IV & # 39; s Creed IV: A black flag.

Playing Quantum Break to challenge you directly. A third-person shooter starts off as many third-party shooters come forward. You get a gun. You learn how to swim behind the cover. You shoot some bad guys. After that you gain the ability to use force – and shortly after, you're faced with a changing narrative choice. But that choice does not affect the game; it affects a tied TV show. You see, every few hours, the game is split not by long cuts or by a set episode but by a television episode. (The main characters are portrayed by Lance Reddick, Shawn Ashmore, and Aidan Gillen.) The choices you make actually change what happens in the show. Quantum Break you are not a very good remedy for Remedy Entertainment, by any means, but you are playing a scene in the form of a novel enough that any curious player should explore.
Great game for: People who want to try something new. People like, "Wow, look, you're that guy from that show."
Not a good game for: Players who don't want to sit through the 24-minute cutscenes, even if those cuts look like they were produced by HBO.

Fun fact: In accordance with Larry Hyrb, Xbox Live's programming director, all offline for the Xbox One is a permanent upgrade to the Game Pass library. Put another way: If the Xbox Game Pass is on Netflix, then first-team games are the origin of Netflix. Obviously, that includes the Halo games. And there is no better way to break the Covenant and take the Flood further Halo: The Great Chief collection, a large bundle included Halos 1, 2, 3, again 4. (Halo: Reach, a prequel tale, is available as an additional download.) Over 100GB, it will take a large chunk of your weight. But if you're a Master Chief fan – who is the Xbox owner? – it's not worth it.

Even the most dangerous gamer will tell you that side quests can often sound like a filler. Kill 10 wild pigs. Collect 15 remedies. Kind of like that. In Postman 3: Wild Hunt, however, side quests carry emotional weight and narrative effect as the main story (itself playing out in various unexpected ways depending on the choices you make throughout the game). The result is a 100-hour open RPG that feels like nothing short of 100 hours. Combat blasts are also, and RPG items are satisfactory. Monster Hunter& # 39; The first moment of consolation in these modern times is certainly not disappointing. The weapons are fairly large, the terrain is huge in the jaws, and the monsters are… well, they can access the screen now-But that doesn't mean they're any better than previous entries. Monster Hunter: Earth it passes a really good rating Monster Hunter battles by way of previous hardware could not. Better yet, it's a great entry point for a franchise. The gameplay is still a bonus, but Capcom has edited a lot of minutiae (good game, sad pickaxe art). Oh, and there's a co-op online. Buddy up!
