Spring is here and that means that it is time for spring cleaning! No, I don't refer to my real home that I will probably clean at some point, but we won't discuss it today. Of course, I refer to the much more calming experience of cleaning up a virtual space in a video game. There is simply nothing better than the feeling of moving and clicking a MOP symbol on a digital pile of dirt, clicking and clicking until everything disappears. If the real wiping were so satisfying and simple, I might actually do it (instead I have that Robotic mopwhat is GreatBut that's not the reason why we are here).
You may not know because I often talk about my love for my love Elden ring or in paragil Dark soulsBut the cleaning games are one of my favorite video game genres -the perfect counterpoint to a difficult title from the software title if I can say it. Also the perfect end of a strenuous day in real life! The five games on this list have seriously calmed down my brain, and now I will pass them on to all of you.
