MAPPA has released the first full trailer for its new one Chainsaw man Anime, and it’s predictably full of bloody battles. The studio showed the trailer for the first time during its 10-year MAPPA anniversary event on Sunday.
The series follows Denji chasing devils. When a job goes wrong, Denji transforms into a human-devil hybrid with chainsaw skills acquired thanks to his half-chainsaw dog, Pochita. And yes, somehow the show is just as ridiculous and awesome as its premise.
Jujutsu Kaisen episode director Ryu Nakayama announced his participation in the event. Chainsaw man Manga creator Tatsuki Fujimoto also took to the stage to show his support.
