While the rest of us wait Elden Ring Nightreign come out, YouTuber Chicken Sandwich420 has resolved to fight one of the toughest bosses every day until then without taking a single hit.
A few days after FromSoftware announced the multiplayer spin-off at the Game Awards in December, Chickensandwich420 set its sights on Messmer, a brutal contortionist introduced in 2011 Shadow of the Earth Tree Extension. It's already one of the tougher fights in a particularly tough expansion, but Chickensandwich420 is committed to defeating it flawlessly. Not only do they do it in the new game plus seven (read: nightmare difficulty), they also do it with a different weapon every day.
The catch is that FromSoft didn't budge Night rain a release date more precise than 2025, meaning Chickensandwich420 may be doing this for a while. But we are also talking about the same person who spent money 117 days Duel with a boss in the original game until the expansion's release. They know what they signed up for.
