Annual reviewWe look back at the ups, downs, surprises and special features in and around video games this year.2020 was a terrible year in many ways, but we got some great games too. Hades, Spirit of Tsushima, Fall Guys, Miles Morales, Crusader Kings IIIand more all released this year. But as always, it’s not all well and this year some games have been released that have not received good reviews from critics or fans.
Here are the five worst games with at least 7 ratings based on Metacritical Scores.
5. Alchemist’s Bow | Score: 36 (switch)
Too small, too boring and too repetitive Alchemist’s bow In the end, it was a flop for most of the critics.

4th Fast & Furious: Crossroads | Score: 34 (PC)
Driving games is about driving as you might think. So if you’re making a boring, ugly looking movie driving game, all you have to do is nail the driving. And crossing doesn’t even do that. Maybe all of this could be forgiven, but editor Bandai Namco also decided to charge $ 60 for this cause.
3. Dawn of Fear | Score: 33 (PS4)
Sometimes a game has heart and ambition, but the execution is a mess. That is the case with Dawn of fear, a game that is clearly inspired by classic survival horror games, but is also a broken and not very scary cheat.
2. XIII remake | Score: 32 (Xbox One)
If you have to apologize for how bad your game is, this is a good indication that you have a mess on your hands.
1. Little racer | Score: 29 (counter)
Here’s a strange one. Worst game based on metacritical ratings is Little racing driver. It seems like a shitty little racing car game with a bad AI. What I’m interested in are the user reviews. Most of these games have few or no user reviews. But that has five positive reviews. Are they just part of an unknown prank? Or did you really enjoy the game? I’m not sure, but if you’re being honest I’m glad some people had fun with it Little racing driver.
