Atlus will announce up to 7 new projects from September to fall 2022
If we are talking about the best games within the JRPG genre, Persona is probably one of the must-see sagas on the list. Although this is a license with a long history, the passage of time is what has allowed it to gain strength and popularity. It is well known that video game series have been out for a long time, but this is what has made the saga always come back with its best version.
It may sound incredible, especially if you are one of those who lived through the origins of Persona, but more than two decades have passed from the launch of the first component. Celebrate, Atlus recently launched a website, and we know they’ll be announced until seven new projects.
On the web you can read “In 2021, the Persona series topped global sales with more than 15 million units. We would like to express our sincere gratitude and thank all those who have accompanied and supported us during all this time ”. They also add that in September, the Persona saga will celebrate its 25th anniversary, for which they claim to “show off products, events, gaming news and much more.”
Persona 5 was released in 2016, so one of the possibilities points to the announcement of the sixth installment of the main saga. This is a wish for many, but it will take almost a whole year for this dream to come true.
