Genshin Impact has conquered the industry with a huge player base that continues to grow every day. One of the main features of Genshin Impact is its unique character design, both visually and through tradition.
It’s no wonder that the new character additions generate so much excitement for each new update, as they are one of the main draws of the game. Although Genshin Impact version 2.3 arrived a couple of days ago, several leaks have already revealed information about version 2.4. Additionally, Genshin Impact’s official social media accounts have revealed Shenhe and Yun Jin, they will be the two new characters to join.
Leaks are fairly common in the Genshin Impact world, and interesting information about Yae Miko has surfaced numerous times in the past few months. Since her appearances in two update trailers, Yae Miko has become a fan-favorite character, so many are obviously excited to hear more about her arrival. A recent leak from a credible Genshin Impact leaker on Reddit called KisakiS2lzYWtp has apparently revealed a timeline for future content, claiming that Yae Miko will debut in update 2.5. The same leaker was the first to accurately predict the arrival of the new Enkanomiya region, so the information is worth considering.
Previous leaks on Yae Miko have claimed that she could be one of the strongest DPS characters in Genshin Impact, on par with Ganyu, Ayaka, and Hu Tao. When it comes to its type of weapon, there is currently no official information or credible leaks. However, the character’s design largely indicates that her element will be Electro, which is no surprise, as she is strongly tied to the Inazuma region.
There have been multiple rumors in recent days about this unusual region, and after a leak revealed the Enkanomiya map along with its teleportation points, fans have additional information on its type of access. A post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed that the region will function similarly to the limited Archipelago region that players had the opportunity to explore in update 1.6.
According to miHoYo’s usual update schedule, Genshin impact version 2.5 should arrive around February 16, 2022. Yae Miko is expected to arrive along with another double-banner replay, which is becoming a pattern as that rumors have suggested that Xiao and Ganyu will get the double replay in update 2.4. This means that after Xiao and Ganyu, players might have the option to choose two other limited characters like Zhongli or Kazuha in update 2.4.
Genshin Impact is available now for mobile devices, PC, PS4, PS5, and a Nintendo Switch version in development.
