I’m not sure I’ve seen a more anticipated hero come to Genshin Impact to date, as everyone is thirsty for Zhongli to arrive as a playable character, both because of his powerful Geo kit and because he’s good, handsome, smooth. -Speaking anime character who is attracting more attention than women in the game for many players.
The Zhongli banner should hit the game tomorrow, where you can throw in your savings to try and get it with very little odds, but before that, miHoYo has released a new trailer focused on Zhongli and his team that you can see below:
Zhongli is unique as the first 5-star Geo character besides Traveler, the first 5-star Polearm character, and the first Geo Polearm character and period (the only other Polearm character in the game at the moment is Xiangling).
He seems to have a few different abilities, including a protective shield that seems to absorb more damage than a traditional Geo one, though maybe that’s just to show off in the trailer. He creates a pillar construction in what I think is his normal elemental movement, and then his final appearance is unlike anything we’ve ever seen on any character, a giant Geo meteor that petrifies all enemies around him.
In addition to Zhongli we will have another new character, but only 4 stars, Xinyan uses his guitar as a weapon and is based on the element of fire. In the video you can see his movements as well as some of the special attacks.
It is worth noting that there will also be 2 more characters on tomorrow’s banner, Razor and Chongyun. I will personally try to get Xinyan, as he is easier to get than Zhongli. And what are you looking for? Let us know in the comments.
