It is one of the great PlayStation 4 exclusives of recent years, coming to be considered Game of the Year against great giants like Red Dead Redemption 2. And we are talking about a great video game that has brought many players, benefits and prestige to Sony. However, now God of War could make the leap to PC and lose your PS4 exclusive title.
We already know that Sony is taking some steps with its exclusive to launch them on PC, with the aim of starting to offer its games to more players and replicating, to a certain extent, the strategy that Microsoft has followed with the Xbox One titles. It has already been confirmed that Death Stranding coming to PC this summer, which will not surprise many, since although it is an exclusive paid by Sony, it is actually made by an external study such as Kojima Productions.
However, more prominent is the PC launch of Horizon Zero Dawn, made by Guerrilla Games -study owned by Sony-. Aloy's story will also premiere this year on PC, but it had already been confirmed that more PlayStation exclusives would be arriving little by little. One of them may be God of War: Sony has removed the tag "Only on Playstation" of the game on the official website of PlayStation (American version).
God of war
What's interesting is that while exclusive games like Bloodborne, Days Gone or Marvel's Spider-Man continue to maintain the label, others like Horizon Zero Dawn, Detroit: Become Human and Death Stranding have already removed it. So if God of War has removed this stamp from its website, it is undoubtedly a fairly clear indication.
