The PC kernel-level driver RICOCHET Anti-Cheat now it has been implemented for all users around the world. The PC driver will be installed automatically together with an update of Call of Duty: Warzone ™ Pacific on Battle.net. Driver is required to play Warzone and PC.

Our initial driver release in the Asia Pacific region focused on software stability. #TeamRICOCHET was also able to capture valuable information on the behavior of traps during deployment. Everything learned from the controller during the Asia Pacific launch assisted the team in continually developing security updates for all users, regardless of region. Along with the launch of Warzone Pacific, #TeamRICOCHET has continued to run waves of illicit account bans, targeting account resellers.
The kernel-level driver for PCs from RICOCHET Anti-Cheat is one element of a multifaceted anti-cheat security initiative, which also includes game monitoring, server security updates, account authentication updates, and more. The driver is part of a larger system.
The launch of RICOCHET Anti-Cheat represents the start of this new security initiative. Our team focuses on continuous monitoring and rapid iteration of anti-cheat security systems in Vanguard Y Warzone. Fighting unfair gambling will be an ongoing effort, but it is a battle we are willing to fight.
Free access to multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Vanguard Limited Time
This limited-time free access weekend features three playlists, two of which will get you in the spirit of Holiday Fervor.
One is the Free Kills Playlist, a combination of Team Duel, Dominion, and Hot Spot across all Combat Rhythms on the new Radar map, as well as Das Haus, Hotel Royal, Eagle’s Nest, Numa Numa, and Shipment. This playlist will also include Armageddon and Shipmas after the Holiday Fervor update at 9pm on December 16.
After that update, another playlist will be released: Shipmas 24/7, with exactly the same modes and all the battles, but (as the name suggests) with Shipmas all day, all the time (or at least 24 hours in five days).
Both playlists are set to feature Festive Fervor festivities as part of the update during the Free Access Period, so keep an eye out for Elf Team Six and avoid Krampus’s naughty roster by playing the objective!
The free access weekend will also feature Champion’s Hill, the new survival tournament mode where building effective weaponry is just as important as quick thinking and reflexes in tense small team battles. This Champion’s Hill playlist will be a Threesome tournament, so choose two squadmates and prepare for this challenging climb to victory!
In these three playlists, you can level up all weapons Vanguard at double pace thanks to the Max 2XP, including the four new weapons introduced at the beginning of the season. This is perfect for those looking to experiment with new gear or build their meta weaponry for WarzoneTM Pacific, and all that weapon experience – plus Player XP, Operator XP, Guild XP, and Battle Pass XP, all of which will double over the weekend. – will carry over to multiplayer and zombies when you upgrade to full game.
