Just as a few days ago CD Projekt Red showed a passage from Cyberpunk 2077 running on Xbox Series X and Xbox One, now it’s the equivalent of Sony versions. This same video was momentarily leaked on some anonymous forums such as 4chan and this was precisely the one chosen for today.
It seems that this passage was chosen precisely to show that the title looks a lot like it did in that leak. That said, the comparison between PS4 Pro and PS5 is hardly noticeable, most of the trailer is on the first console and the passages on PS5 did not reflect much difference from what we had just seen.
Poor comparison
Remember that the PS5 version will run somewhat better because it works through backward compatibility, but it is not really the next gen version. This will arrive via a patch in 2021, so it is a bit understood why we do not notice so much difference. That said, in the comparison between Xbox One and Series X, the change was very noticeable.
In this gameplay we enjoy the beginning of the game as Nomad, the class that locates on the outskirts of Night City, a class that belongs to the outcasts. We can briefly create the character and how it will look in a mirror. Later the gameplay missions are inside Nighty City carrying contraband merchandise with Jackie, another Nomad who speaks Spanish (Mexican) from time to time.
The gameplay is mainly contemplative, cinematics with dialogues, characters commenting on things, we deliver objects and follow instructions. At the end, a group of masked men attack our car and we must defend ourselves by shooting and that is when the game becomes the announced RPG shooter since each shot does a certain amount of damage.
The trailer ends abruptly with a crash and scream from Jackie and the game’s release date for December 10 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S, Stadia, and PC.
