New map for Resurgence mode: Ashika Island
As announced, Revival mode would return this season along with a new compact map set in Japan.
Available for Solo, Duo, Trio, and Squad mode, Respawn mode allows players to respawn after a countdown as long as there are still living teammates on the team. The exception is in the last few circles, when respawns are disabled.

Now let’s see what new this map and the Resurgence mode will have
- New Mechanic – Restore Honor: Once per game in Revival mode and in Battle Royale, each player will drop a dog tag when they fall in battle. The following features will not be available for the launch of Season 2 of Warzone 2.0but yes later.

- New Public Event – Data Theft– During the collapse of the second circle, three stations will be activated on the map that players can hack to get rewards while protecting the point from NPC attack.
- respawn drones: after interacting with one of these, we can relaunch to another part of the map.
- New Enemy – Runner: These NPCs do not have much defense, but they are fast and can attack us with a short sword if they get too close.

There will also be special ranks from 1 to 50 that are not reset every season and in which we can earn stars for leveling up. Every five stars we will get an Operator outfit.
